General overview:

It’s a subscription-based web design service where we handle everything for your website - design, hosting, security, maintenance, and SEO, all for one monthly fee.

Subscribe to a package, give us your business details, and we'll design, build, host, and maintain your website without you having to lift a finger.

Small businesses, solo-entrepreneurs, and anyone who needs a hands-off, all-inclusive website, without the hassle.

Web design agencies can be expensive to have a website delivered, and maintained - website builders require you configure the website yourself. We do all this for you, all-inclusive, for one monthly fee.

Pricing and payments:

We have three Website Subscription packages starting at £19 a month - see our pricing page.

No - only the monthly price for the subscription. We're not a traditional web design agency - our WaaS offering is designed to be simple and transparent.

Only the month or year you want to be subscribed for. If you pay monthly, your contract is month-to-month, if you pay annually, your contract is yearly - no long-term commitment if you don't want it.

Yes - if you feel you no longer require our services and want to stop the subscription, just let us know, and we'll cancel your plan before your next renewal.

No - if you cancel before your monthly or annual renewal, you will not get a refund. The subscription can remain in place until it finishes, so your website is up and running until then, or you can request for the website to be taken down. The only way to get a refund is if you cancel within the cooling off period after purchasing a Website Subscription Package.

If you don't request a cancellation, but stop paying for your subscription, we'll try our best to get in touch with you to discuss what's happened, and if we can't get an answer from you, we will deactivate your website. If you still don't pay and your renewal has passed, your subscription will be cancelled and the website will be taken down.

Design and development:

It depends on the package you subscribe to. The Essentials plan comes with a basic standard template used for all Essentials subscribers, which can't be changed. The only customisation available for this plan are your images and logo. The other plans offer some more flexibility.

Yes, but depending on the plan you've subscribed to. For the Essential plan, it's not usually possible, but for the other plans we can discuss custom needs - though there will be extra costs if requirements are outside of the package standard.

For all our packages, we use off-the-shelf templates, configured to our high standards. We do offer fully custom-built websites, but these won't be a part of the standard subscription packages - please contact us to discuss.
